01 Scope

This policy applies to information handled within the RAJAA CUISINE application, including the menu, cart, order-details flow, catering flow, favourites, recently viewed items, local history, Privacy Policy and Contact Us features.

02 User-entered information

Order details

• Name — required. Used to identify the order-detail record inside the app.
• Phone number — required. Used as customer contact information within the order-detail record.
• Email address — optional. Stored only when you choose to enter it.
• Fulfilment choice — required. You choose Pickup or Delivery.
• Delivery address — required only when Delivery is selected. Used to complete the delivery-related order details.
• Optional notes — optional. Used for instructions or other details you choose to add.
• Selected menu items and quantities. Created from the cart and used to calculate and display the order details.
• Calculated total. Created from the selected menu items and quantities.
• Non-card payment method. Recorded as Pay at Pickup for Pickup or Cash on Delivery for Delivery.

Catering details

• Name — required. Used to identify the catering-detail record inside the app.
• Phone number — required. Used as customer contact information within the catering-detail record.
• Email address — optional. Stored only when you choose to enter it.
• Event date — required. Used to describe the requested event timing.
• Guest count — required and accepted within the app’s supported range. Used to describe the event size.
• Package choice — required. The app provides Family Gathering and Event Table choices.
• Service style — required. The app provides Pickup and Prepared for Event choices.
• Optional menu or event notes — optional. Used for information you choose to add about the event.

03 Cart, favourites and recently viewed items

The app may retain menu-item identifiers and quantities in the cart so selections remain available between app sessions. It may also retain the identifiers of favourite and recently viewed dishes to support those features.

04 Storage and transmission

The app does not use a backend server, cloud database, user-account system, Firebase, remote order-processing system or remote catering-processing system. Order details, catering details, cart data, favourites, recently viewed items and local history are stored in the app’s private on-device preferences when retention is required for the feature.

Order and catering form data is not automatically transmitted to RAJAA CUISINE, LLC, the developer, a restaurant server, an external database, email, SMS, messaging application or share sheet. Completing a form confirms completion inside the application only.

05 Retention and deletion

Retained information remains on the device until one of the following occurs:

• You delete the relevant order or catering history entry where deletion is available.
• You use the Clear Local Data action in the in-app Privacy Policy.
• You clear the application’s data through Android system settings.
• You uninstall the application.

Clearing local data removes cart contents, favourites, recently viewed items, order-detail history and catering-request history stored by the app.

06 Payments

The app does not process online card payments and does not request or store full payment-card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, card PINs, online-banking credentials, passwords, authentication tokens or identity documents. Only the non-sensitive selected payment method described above may be stored with an order-detail record.

07 Internet access and food images

The application uses internet access to load static food photographs hosted by Wikimedia Commons over HTTPS and may cache those images on the device for smoother repeat viewing. Image requests do not include order details, catering details, cart contents or local history. The image host may receive ordinary network information associated with an internet request, such as the requesting IP address and user-agent information, according to that provider’s own practices.

08 Contact Us and external email application

The Contact Us screen can open an installed email application when you choose the Open Email App action. The RAJAA CUISINE app does not send the email itself. If you choose to compose and send an email, the information you enter into your email application is handled by your chosen email provider and by the recipient according to their respective practices. This email action is separate from the order and catering forms.

09 Data sharing

The app does not sell personal information and does not include advertising or analytics SDKs. Information entered into order and catering forms is not shared with external parties by the app because those forms are handled on the device. Standard network information may be processed by the external image host when images are requested. Information you voluntarily send through your own email application is handled outside the app as described above.

10 Services and device capabilities not used

The app does not use advertising SDKs, analytics, Firebase, authentication, user accounts, location, camera, microphone, media access, notification permission, cloud databases, tracking SDKs or online payment APIs.

11 Security

The app uses Android’s private application storage for retained app data. Reasonable design measures are used to limit the information handled by the app, but no device, storage method or electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect access to their devices and avoid entering information they do not want stored locally.

12 Children’s privacy

The app is not designed to request age information or child-specific personal information and does not include advertising, analytics or account profiling. Parents and guardians should supervise a child’s use of order or catering forms and should avoid entering unnecessary personal information.

13 User choices

You may choose not to provide optional email addresses or notes. You can remove retained app information using available history deletion controls, the Clear Local Data action, Android’s app-data controls, or by uninstalling the application. You may also choose not to use the Contact Us email action.

14 Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application’s features or data-handling practices change. The effective date will be updated when material revisions are made.
